Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, may be charged 20% of the scheduled service price. (All I also understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations happen. These circumstances will always be considered with understanding and handled on a case-by-case basis.
